7. Charkhatales reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. Any applicable payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
8. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User, including a wrong or incomplete name or address or the recipient not being available, any extra cost spent by Charkhatales for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
9. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. Charkhatales reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point in time. If any User details are found not to be true, wholly or partly, Charkhatales has the right, at its sole discretion, to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of www.charkhatales.com without prior intimation.
10. Charkhatales will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability for using a card fraudulently will be on the User and the onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the User. The User must exclusively use their own card on the site.
11. Charkhatales shall not entertain any complaints after 10 days once the order has been delivered.
12. This Agreement, together with any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Charkhatales in connection with the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Charkhatales concerning the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
