Deep, regal, and timeless...the Purple Cotton Silk Fabric from Charkha Tales is crafted for elegant creations rooted in Indian textile heritage. The rich purple shade carries a festive depth, making it perfect for statement pieces as well as refined everyday wear.

This fabric blends breathable cotton with the subtle sheen of silk. The cotton keeps it soft and comfortable against the skin, while the silk adds a graceful shine and fluid drape. The result is a textile that feels luxurious yet easy to wear, suitable for all seasons.

Thoughtfully sourced and handmade in India, this fabric reflects our commitment to artisan-led processes and slow fashion values. It is ideal for designing kurtas, sarees, dupattas, blouses, lehengas, or contemporary ethnic sets. The vibrant purple tone pairs beautifully with hand embroidery, zari detailing, block print, or mirror accents.

Care Instructions:

  • Dry clean recommended for first wash

  • Gentle hand wash separately in cold water

  • Use mild detergent

  • Dry in shade

  • Iron on low to medium heat

1. Machine wash using mild detergent
